We will deliver directly to your home for free!

Getting your order delivered in a fast and efficient manor is a very important part of our customer service commitment and so to keep it simple delivery for every order is free to anywhere in the UK mainland (except Grampians & Highlands - please see Scottish postcodes below).

How Does It Work?

Delivery times: All orders are despatched at the earliest opportunity but should take no longer than 14 days. Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 8am to 5pm.

Delivery Address: This can be any nominated address that is most convenient to you e.g. home, workplace or a neighbour. The delivery address does not have to be the billing address.

Please note that on smaller items a signature will be required at the time of delivery. On the larger items, such as arches, pergolas etc, it may be possible to have them left in a prearrange safe and secure place such as a garage or behind a side gate, without a signature. However, items can only be left at the customer's risk and Leaves & Lifestyles can not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

Scottish Mainland Postcodes: We are sorry but the following postcodes have a supplementary charge of £18.00 : AB, DD, FK19 to 22, KA27 & 28, HS, IV, KW, PA21 to 45, & PH - all accept 3 & 4.

None Mainland: For Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands please contact us for a quote.

Tracking your order: You can track the progress of you order at any time by either emailing us or phoning customer services on: 0845 601 9983 quoting your order reference number.

Please note:
1. Should a delivery be refused at the agreed delivery address and a new date or address requested, we reserve the right to charge for the second delivery.
2. Products will be deemed to be your responsibility once they have been signed for or, if by prior arrangement, have been left at the delivery address. Any loss or damage to the products will be at your risk.

Returns
Committed to complete customer satisfaction and to ensure that you have peace of mind, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all our products. In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any of the goods purchased, please inform us via either email or phone on: 0845 601 9983 and we will arrange for their return.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If goods are returned they must be "as new" complete with original packaging. Return carriage is at the Customer's expense.
