Pricing
Do your prices include VAT?
The prices shown on our pages are shown with VAT.
Do your prices include delivery?
Yes, the prices shown do include delivery. The cost of delivery is dependant on your postcode (please visit delivery info page for more information). However, for most of mainland UK it is free.
Delivery
How do you deliver?
We deliver in various ways with a mix of delivery vehicles and parcel carriers and is dependant on the size and/or type of your order.
How long after I place an order can I expect delivery?
In general orders are processed and shipped within 7 -10 days. However, some orders and types of goods may be quicker whereas others may just take a little longer.
Do deliveries have to be to the billing address?
No. Providing the delivery point has appropriate access for our vehicles, there is no problem in nominating a different address. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
Does someone need to be there when you deliver?
Yes, unless by prior arrangement. Drivers are instructed that they cannot leave goods without a signature. Only if the customer has made a prior arrangement, given a safe place as to where the goods can be left will the driver leave the goods. This can only be done at the customer's risk..
Can I request a delivery date?
Yes. However, because our normal delivery service is flexible, this keeps the cost down; we reserve the right to make a small extra charge.
Can I collect and save the delivery charge?
Yes, but for certain products only by prior arrangement with our agent in North Worcestershire.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed On-line via our website following the easy steps to the check-out or, if you would prefer to speak to someone just call our sales hot line on 0845 601 9983.
How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
It couldn't be easier. You can pay on-line with all major credit and debit cards or, if you prefer, you can pay via a paypal account.
How secure is your website for paying on line?

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it via the website?
It depends on the status of the order. Provided it hasn't yet been scheduled for delivery, actually loaded on the vehicle or out for delivery, then we will always try to accommodate any changes to your order. You can either e-mail or call us with your changes and we will do our best to help.

Can you supply products that are not listed?
Yes. If you don't see a product or size listed it doesn't mean that we can't supply it. Please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will come back to you with a price etc. as soon as possible.
Will you give a discount for a multiple order?

Do you have a catalogue?
No, I'm sorry but we currently don't have a catalogue, we usually point people in the direction of the website!
What is your policy on damaged or missing products?
In the unlikely event that you are delivered damaged or missing product, please inform us immediately by e-mailing or phoning Customer Services on 0845 601 9983 - we can then very quickly rectify the situation. [Please note that we must be notified of any discrepancy within 7 days of receiving the delivery]
